Established in 2017 and backed by a 20-year manufacturing heritage, jieyao lighting operates a 10,000-square-meter integrated production base. We are a direct-to-market manufacturer, meaning we control the entire process from raw steel processing to the final assembly of optoelectronic components.Our facility is managed by a team of 60 skilled workers and 5 technical developers. This structural setup allows us to move beyond standard assembly.

Steel Grades: Standard production uses both Q235 and Q355 (high strength) carbon steel. 

Structural Parameters: Manufacturing of poles can be achieved with wall thicknesses of 3 mm to 12 mm+. 

Welding Technology: Automatic Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). 

Anti-Corrosion Treatment: All steel components receive a professional surface treatment in our Spray Coating Workshop.
